We had our St. Saviour’s School, Ikoyi Sports Day in February 2023, bringing together our students, parent and staff. We had over 500 participants at this year’s event as it was an opportunity to get out of the classroom, offices and enjoy the beautiful sunny weather.

The students represented 4 houses (Whydah, Egret, Hornbill, Oriole), where they had to work together to compete in 13 games. Hornbill house won the overall event with House captains Olivia and Ian leading their house to victories in events such as the 800m race, Egg and Spoon race, Tug of War and High jump.

At the end of the day, the parents faced off against each other in a 4x100m relay while teachers and staff also did the same in a 100m race.

It was a fun day, and we are looking forward to it for next year.
